Terms of Service

Clear expectations for using the Global website, sharing inquiries and exploring the inschools community.

Review draft · Prepared 17 September 2026

This page is a draft for legal review. It is not yet an effective policy.

1. About these terms

These terms cover browsing the inschools Global website and using its inquiry forms. References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean the operator of inschools Global. Please read these terms alongside the Privacy Policy.

Country platforms, schools, paid services and separately signed partnership agreements may have their own terms. Using the Global website does not by itself create an account or purchase a service on those platforms.

2. What the website provides

Global explains the inschools vision, approach, research themes, governance and opportunities to connect. Country links help visitors find regional services. The Global website does not itself make school admissions decisions or guarantee admission, accreditation, employment or educational outcomes.

Information can change. Confirm current fees, eligibility, services and admissions requirements directly with the relevant institution. General website content should not be treated as individualized educational, legal or financial advice.

3. Responsible use

Use the website lawfully and respectfully. When contacting the team, give information you are entitled to share and use an email address you can access.

  • Do not impersonate another person or organization, or submit misleading inquiries.
  • Do not upload or send malicious code, spam, threats or unlawful material.
  • Do not attempt to bypass access controls, disrupt the service or obtain information without authorization.
  • Do not share private student records, passwords or third-party confidential information through general forms.

4. Content and brand materials

Website text, illustrations, logos and other materials may be protected by intellectual property rights. Browsing the site does not transfer ownership of those materials. You may link to public pages and refer to inschools accurately without implying endorsement.

Ask for permission before reusing brand artwork, republishing substantial content or using materials commercially. Rights granted by applicable law are not limited by this request.

5. Inquiries and feedback

Only send material you have the right to share. You retain ownership of your submissions. You allow us to receive, review and respond to your inquiry and to consider feedback when improving the service. This permission does not transfer ownership or authorize publication of your personal information.

Sending an inquiry does not create a partnership, agency relationship or service commitment. Any commercial collaboration should be confirmed in a separate agreement. Personal information is addressed in the Privacy Policy.

6. Country platforms and third parties

External links take you to independently operated pages or regional services. Their own terms, privacy practices, eligibility requirements and charges may apply. Review them before signing up, purchasing a service or sharing personal information.

A link or description is not a promise that every third-party statement is accurate or that a service will suit your needs.

7. Availability and corrections

Pages may be updated, moved or temporarily unavailable. If you spot an error, inaccessible content or a broken link, please send feedback so it can be reviewed.

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. In particular, these terms do not remove mandatory consumer protections or any liability that applicable law does not permit us to limit. If a disagreement arises, contact us so we can try to resolve it; this does not prevent you from using remedies available under applicable law.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the website evolves. Material changes will be identified and dated when issued. Changes are not intended to retrospectively remove rights you have already acquired.

For questions about website use, content permissions or a proposed collaboration, contact the Global team.
