Privacy Policy

Understand what you share with inschools Global, how inquiries are handled, and how to raise a privacy question.

Review draft · Prepared 17 September 2026

This page is a draft for legal review. It is not yet an effective policy.

1. Who this notice covers

This Privacy Policy covers the inschools Global information website and its contact, feedback and partnership inquiry forms. References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean the operator of inschools Global.

The India, Canada and USA platforms provide separate services. Their own privacy notices explain who operates those services and how information is handled there. Review the relevant notice before creating an account or sharing information.

2. Information you provide

When you contact us, the form asks for your name, email address, role, inquiry topic, subject and message. A phone number is optional. Feedback forms collect your feedback category and message; partnership inquiries ask for your organization and area of interest.

Only include information needed to explain your request. Do not submit passwords, payment details, identity documents, health records or confidential student records through these forms.

3. How information is used

We use inquiry information to respond to questions, review suggestions, discuss partnerships, investigate reported problems and maintain correspondence. We may also use it to protect the website, handle complaints and meet applicable legal obligations.

Where a legal basis is required, processing may depend on your consent, steps you ask us to take before an agreement, our legitimate interest in operating and improving the service, or a legal obligation. The basis depends on the purpose and the law that applies.

Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing. If you choose to receive marketing, you can withdraw that choice through the instructions in the message or by contacting us.

4. Technical information and cookies

Website delivery and security services may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser type, requested pages, request times and error information. This information can help deliver pages, diagnose problems and prevent abuse.

Our Cookie Policy explains cookies, browser storage and the choices available to you.

5. Service providers and international processing

Your submitted information is sent to an inschools service for handling your request. It may be available to authorized team members and service providers supporting hosting, communications, security and inquiry management, as needed for those purposes.

We may disclose information where required by law, to respond to a valid legal request or to protect rights and safety. If an inquiry needs another organization’s involvement, we should explain that before sharing information beyond what you requested or authorized.

Service providers or the team handling a request may be in a different country. Where applicable law requires protection for an international transfer, the relevant safeguards must apply. Country-platform links are separate from inquiry submissions: following a link lets the destination receive the normal technical information involved in a browser visit.

6. Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including resolving the inquiry and meeting applicable recordkeeping obligations. Relevant factors include whether correspondence remains active, the nature of the request, legal requirements and the need to resolve disputes.

When information is no longer needed, it should be deleted or anonymized, subject to applicable requirements and backup cycles. You can ask about retention for a specific inquiry through Contact Us.

We aim to use proportionate technical and organizational safeguards and limit access to those who need the information for their work. No website or transmission method can guarantee absolute security. Please report suspected exposure without sending additional sensitive records.

7. Your choices and requests

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct or delete information, object to or restrict certain uses, request portability, or withdraw consent. These rights are not identical in every jurisdiction.

Use Contact Us and put “Privacy request” in the subject. Describe the request and the email address used in your earlier correspondence. Do not send identity documents unless the team explains why verification is necessary and provides an appropriate way to supply them.

You may also have the right to complain to a privacy regulator in your location. Contact us first if you would like the team to investigate a concern; doing so does not limit any right to approach a regulator.

8. Children and student information

Parents, guardians and educators should avoid including identifiable child records in a general inquiry. If you are a child, ask a parent or guardian to help you contact the team and share only what is necessary.

If you believe a child has submitted information without appropriate authorization, contact us with the minimum details needed to locate it. Requests involving children’s information should receive particular care, including any consent or parental authorization required by applicable law.

9. Changes to this notice

We may revise this notice to reflect changes to the website, data practices or applicable requirements. The current version will be available here. Material changes affecting how information is used should be communicated as required by applicable law.
